Missing/Stolen Coin – New York (Reported March 8, 2017)

MIssing/Stolen Coin

A package was delivered to a New York dealer on Wednesday March 8, 2017. The postal and Internal box were open. The following coin was missing from the package:

(1458-90) Hungary 1GG Matthias Corvinus NGC 64 the NGC Cert # 3725539-003

Stolen Coins Poland (Reported Nov 2016)

Dear Sirs,

We would like to inform you that in November 2016 our coins have been stolen from the Polish Post  packages (the coins were sent from Warsaw in Poland to Slovakia and Italy, but have never reached their owners).

Please find the pictures and descriptions of these coins attached and if it is possible – forward this warning to other companies.

If someone offer such coins to them, we hope they will contact us.

Stolen Collection in Honolulu, Hawaii (Reported February 9, 2017)

 Honolulu Detectives are investigating a residential burglary that resulted in the loss of a large coin and currency collection.

Dealer Inventory Stolen in California (Reported February 7, 2017)

Inventory Stolen From Residence

Douglas Daniels returned home in Stanislaus County, CA after attending the South San Francisco Coin, Stamp and Collectibles show and became the victim of a residential burglary which resulted in the loss of his entire show inventory. Daniels left his residence for approximately one hour and during that time suspects smashed in the backdoor and removed 4 Zero Haliburton cases full of coins. Nothing else in the house was taken.

Theft Gold Fifty Pesos in Texas (Reported February 2, 2017)

Detectives with the Pantego, Texas Police Department are investigating the theft of 24 Gold Fifty Peso coins from the residence of an elderly couple. The suspect/suspects may attempt to sell the coins in the North Texas area and possibly the Shreveport/Bossier City area.
