"The ceremony of the Book Prize took place at the Stuttgart Castle Museum on Friday, September 20th, 1996. In the presence of Prof. Dr. V. Himmelein (Director of the Landesmuseum), IAPN President Dr. Hans Voegtli present the Prize to the two co-authors, Dr. Ulrich Klein and Albert Raff. their magnificent book "Die Würrembergischen Medaillen von 1496-1797" had won First Prize at the last General Assembly in Berlin."  from Bulletin - Circular No. 100, December 1996
